During these trying times, here are my three objectives.
- Support the arts. This may not seem to be that important, but for me it is. The current US administration is soulless, they are all about making money and hurting others. They have no guiding light or principles, no empathy for others, in fact empathy is a dirty word to them. To me, art is one way to contradict their lack of soul. For me music is especially important, but all forms of art are good.
- Climate. It’s obvious they do not think climate and the warming of the earth to be important. It is, and we need to find ways to make the earth habitable for all. We are earth’s stewards, we are doing a terrible job.
- Bear Witness. Some people carry a weapon, I carry a camera. My job is to record what is happening in my current location. I’ll do my best to capture, edit and then share my findings.
Yes, there are many other things I could do, but these are the three I have chosen to focus on.
